Danielle’s Cottage is the first of a series of 3 cottages built on a great spot with interesting history. The cottage, located on the old Fairnie Hill Estate, is situated off 12th Avenue on East Lakeview Avenue.  Tucked behind a large oak, this custom home was built precisely to our VIP customer's specifications and desires and is strongly inspired by a turn of the century cottage located in East Hill.
